This year, we had the privilege of attending the conference from 24 – 28 February 2025 at the prestigious Intercontinental Hotel in Istanbul—a city that perfectly complemented the event’s dynamic and forward-thinking atmosphere.

A particularly special experience was discovering LEKKER – CAFE & RESTAURANT, a hidden gem founded by owners who spent a year in Cape Town, South Africa. Their passion for bringing South African flavours to Istanbul made us feel right at home, a reminder of how food and culture connect us all.
